Ordering and Shipping

1) Email to us at enquiries@mybrandedbags.com to submit your order, together with your name, contact number and shipping details.

2) Once order is confirmed, proceed to make payment. Refer to PAYMENT section.

3) Once payment is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a reference number that you can use to keep track of your order.

4) The delivery period varies depending on your order date.
For all orders made from 1st to 15th of the month, you will receive your item by 31st of the same month.
For orders made after 15th, you’ll receive the item before 15th of the following month.

5) Refer information below on the shipping method and charges.

6) Once your item has been shipped out, we will send you the parcel tracking number via email.

* Please note that the price quoted in this website is excluding the delivery fee and we shall not be responsible to any customs charges, bank charges or any other charges incurred.

Shipping and Rates

Shipping is available via EMS / USPS / UPS / DHL / HongKong EMS / HongKong TNT / BritishAirline only, all of them are express services. Air and shipping freight, please contact us for further information.

All delivery & freight charges are paid by customer. Charges are seasonal.

We will not be responsible for import declaration or duty once the goods have been shipped.

Any tracking numbers that start with Mxxxxxxxxxx or Vxxxxxxxxxx , are shipped via UPS, for export & import records, you can track at http://www.ups.com/WebTracking/reference?loc=en_CN within 36-72 hours after we have the parcel mailed out. Or you can call your local UPS office for any further information;

Any tracking numbers that start with GDxxxxxxxxxxWW, are shipped via TNT,for export & import records,you can track at WWW.TNT.COM within 36-72 hours after we have the parcel mailed out. Or you can call your local TNT office for any further information;

Any tracking numbers that shipped via OCS(Japan Airways) To Italy, for export & importrecords, you can track at WWW.OCS.CO.JP within 5-7 working days after we have the parcel mailed out;
